Pet policy:
We welcome 2 non-aggressive breed, spayed/neutered pets per household with a combined weight limit of 40 pounds. The pet deposit is $300 and the monthly pet rent is $25. Cats must have front paws declawed. No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, German Shepherds. Please call our leasing office for more details.
